This stay was the night to my night and day experience with this host. The unit was severely outdated and doesn’t match the “clean” aesthetic of the photos listed. The electric was faulty and I didn’t mind it at first until I did. The hall light didn’t work so I figured I could work around that…until I go to warm up some leftovers. The microwave got stuck closed and wouldn’t open. Upon trying to open the door, it blew the electric for an entire side of the kitchen that took out the fridge which means all of my food in there was done for. Contacted the hosts and each response was another blanket statement of support that provided no remedy. I stayed in this place for 10 days with 10 day old food in the microwave because the help that was meant to come never came, and all food in the fridge was wasted due to spoilage. The toilet also did not work but thankfully, common sense helped me to hop over that hurdle. Another unfortunate part of the experience is someone was physically assaulted resulting in the area I was staying in being considered a crime scene and I had to give my ID to be ruled out as a suspect. Save your time and money and book elsewhere.
