Great family vacation

Clean, convenient & updated condo perfect for a family with small kids. Owner was incredibly responsive throughout the trip and went above & beyond to help when our kid left a very valuable item behind. Highly recommend!

Perfect accommodations for our family reunion

The 3-bedroom set up worked perfectly for the 3 families reuniting here. The fenced back yard made it easier to keep track of the toddlers we had with us. The short walk to the beach was ideal--no loading everyone into cars!!! We were excited about the swimming pool but never even made it. We will definitely book here again.

Easy beach long weekend

The rental was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space and the place had everything we needed. Location across street from beach access was perfect! Molly’s across street was a great spot to grab a burger after hanging out at the beach. We loved our 4 days on the coast. Loved the house decor too!

A Real Gem!

I don't think we will ever stay in another unit in Atlantic Beach. Jenny was so responsive and a really great host. Everything that we needed was there. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. The pool had lots of other kiddos for our kids to play with. Loved our stay and going back in August!

Great place in a perfect location!

Perfect weekend getaway. The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. Easy access to the beach just across the street. We parked our cars Friday and didn’t move them until we left Sunday. Bunk room was great for my daughter and her friends. Great communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was our first time to Atlantic Beach for a wedding. I can’t say enough great things about this property! It was clean and beautifully decorated, convenient to the beach and restaurants, and had all the amenities we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

Nauti but Nice

We loved staying at your townhome!! Just as advertised, this home is very nice!! Our family of four slept in the room with the bunkbeds and we had more than enough space for the entire week. It was nice being able to walk 10 steps from the back gate and you were walking into the pool area. While we were there, we also walked in the neighborhood behind us in the mornings. The location is very hard to beat!! We look forward to staying again next year for Big Rock!!

Perfect For A Beach Experience!

This property was nothing short of luxury! My back appreciated the comfortable mattress! It was beautiful inside and out. Located close to the beach and within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants! We wanted to stay forever. We will definitely be returning sometime soon!

Nicely decorated and kid friendly!

We have stayed at this complex 4 times now but this was our first time in this unit. The layout is perfect and worked great for four adults and four children. My kids absolutely loved the bunkbed set up. everything was quite clean and my only complaint is not with the owner at all but with the cleaning company. One of the bunkbeds did not have any sheets on it at all and had some just balled up on top along with a stack of towels so we had to take care of that as we were not certain whether they were clean or dirty.. Also the high chair was not cleaned. But everything else was quite spotless. I will add that I would prefer knowing that the cleaning company washed the sheets and towels prior to our arrival rather than the previous renter. It just gives me peace of mind for the cleanliness of it so if I were you I would probably change that policy. It was a bit time consuming on our last couple of hours in the rental to have to do laundry for the next renter while we had to pack up as my in-laws had to leave early to travel. Those are my main recommendations for future renters. I loved the beach chairs and the back porch was awesome. The owner was very responsive and eased my mind when we misplaced the back keys. Thankfully we found them pretty quickly. I love the decor in this place! I can tell that you must have small children also as everything is set up kid friendly!

Change of Scenery

My family and I booked a little get away for a change of scenery. To start our host Mrs. Tierney was very nice and accommodating. We did not have any big plans…just relaxing. The home was very nice, cozy and well stocked with whatever you may need. We will definitely visit again hoping that it will be available.

Cute, Clean & Convenient

Such a lovely place! Very nicely decorated, great little outdoor space, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook almost any meal. Very kid friendly, we stayed with a 10 month old and had all the necessities described in the listing. There are lots of stairs, especially to reach the third floor bedroom, so definitely consider if anyone is less mobile.

We will be back

This property is amazing. We have stayed in Atlantic Beach every year for the Big Rock for a decade now. This rental is beautiful, well equipped and spotless. Our family had such a great time. The pool is perfect for our family of young kids. The fenced in backyard is a great place for the kids. It’s quite a walk to the beach but there are no stairs which is key when you have a wagon.

Family Vacation was great

Great place to stay. Upon arrival we found used towel in master bath. No towels in closet. Finally found towels in dryer. 2 beds had been made other beds we needed to put linens on. It would have been nice to know the coffee maker was a keurig, maybe provide a refillable cup? Once we figured all that out we had a great time. The place fit our family well. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!

I don't write reviews unless I have something to really say. EVERYTHING about this property was great and as expected. Owner super responsive Check-in code provided easily and in advance Each rm has own bathroom and view Clean All cooking supplies including spices, aluminum foil, sponges, towels Plenty of toilet tissue and papertowels Lots of bath towels and beach towels Washing machine and detergent provided Easy check out with linens/towels to be washed (detergent provided) Adjustable temperature on each level Walk across the street on a wood walkway to get to the beach super easy and safe because a pedestrian crossway Trash disposal at the front of the complex is super easy to access It is 3 floors and master is on top floor so lots of privacy from kiddos.

Spring Break getsway

We had a party of 4, that included mom , dad and two 17 yo teens (our daughter and her friend). We all enjoyed the condo and were very happy with the location. Condo is beautiful and is exactly as described ! Jenny, the owner, had great communication and responded quickly. We had never been to the area before and loved it. I was afraid the girls would be bored since it was a little on the cool side and not much going on with it being out of season but they both said they want to go back. We highly recommend this condo!!
