« Everyone was great. The only thing I noticed was the tub needed work. The caulk was covering up black and the bottom of the tub was discolored at the no skid strips. Also looked like the same thing as the caulk. »

« The key did not open the room. We had to go back downstairs for them to activate it. The room was clean but the shower was slow draining. We also heard through the walls of the adjoining room. We did like the privacy and view of the water from the balcony. »

« Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" »
