The open living area provides plenty of space to unwind together, while high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs throughout the home keep everyone connected and entertained.

Cook anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, then start your morning at our dedicated coffee and tea bar featuring a Keurig, electric kettle, milk frother and coffee essentials.

When you’re ready for some fun, you don’t have to leave the house. Challenge the family to retro video games, ping pong, life-size chess, cornhole and more, or wind down together around the backyard fire pit.

The private backyard is one of our favorite parts of Ember House.

Gather around the fire pit with Adirondack seating, challenge your group to an outdoor game, enjoy a cookout on the charcoal grill or simply relax under the Texas sky.

The covered patio provides additional outdoor seating, while the spacious yard gives families room to spread out and enjoy time together.

Please note: The grill uses charcoal, which is not provided. Fire pit use is subject to weather conditions and local burn restrictions.

UNIVERSAL EV CHARGING + GARAGE

Driving an EV? We’ve got you covered.

Ember House features a Tesla Universal Wall Connector conveniently located inside the guest-accessible garage, providing charging for compatible Tesla and non-Tesla electric vehicles.

The garage also doubles as a fun game space with a ping pong table that can be folded away when parking is preferred.

Additional parking is available in the driveway and permitted street areas.

SEASONAL COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS

Cool off during the North Texas summer with access to the neighborhood’s resort-style community pool during its seasonal operating period.

A pool access card is provided to registered guests when the pool is open. It is typically open from late May through late September, with posted daily hours currently 10 AM–8 PM.

Pool dates, hours and availability are controlled by the community and may change.

TANNERY LAKE - ABOUT A 2-MINUTE WALK

One of Ember House’s neighborhood perks is Tannery Lake, approximately a 2-minute walk from the home.

Head out for a peaceful morning walk, evening stroll or jog without having to get in the car.

For even more time near the water, Little Elm and Lewisville Lake are a short drive away.
