The Space:

This open-plan studio features elevated city and street views and plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space to relax after a busy day in the city.



The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, a cosy seating area with a couch, Smart TV, unlimited WiFi, a closet, and a washing machine, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The private bathroom features a shower and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen comes with a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware, and a dining table for two guests, making both short and longer stays easy and convenient.



Please notice that from July 2026, the Sauna is temporarily closed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.



Guest Access:

Guests staying in this privately owned apartment have full and exclusive access to the entire unit, as well as access to the swimming pool located on Level 2 of the building. The building is secure, well-managed, and has a building manager onsite. Please note that check-in services and luggage storage are not available through the building manager.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:



*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.



*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.



SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:



* Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox located near the apartment building. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.



*There is NO carpark available for this apartment, please ask for nearby paid options. Paid street parking is available around the building, and a public car park at 124 Nelson Street is located less than a 5-minute walk away.



* There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment. But we can suggest nearby paid options.



*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.



During stay & Departure:



* We offer a full set of beddings, linens, and towels for each guest. Additional linens are available for a fee upon request.



* Extra cleaning and linens changing services can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost, the same as the cleaning fee per clean. For bookings over 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory at the guest's expense. Kindly contact us in advance for any cleaning services.



* A starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, rubbish bags, and dishwasher/laundry capsules, is provided for your initial days. Once these supplies run out, guests are kindly asked to purchase additional items as needed. Thank you for your understanding.



* Our check-out time is 10am.



Please note that, as the apartment is located in the heart of Auckland CBD and close to the motorway, some noise from neighbouring units, traffic, street activity may occasionally be heard. Ear plugs are provided for light sleepers.
