The Ultimate Family Retreat – Spacious, Fun-Filled, and Impeccably Hosted!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this incredible property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was designed with large families in mind. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, yet it still had a warm, homey vibe that made us instantly feel at ease.The layout was ideal – multiple themed bedrooms and bathrooms made mornings a breeze, and the open living/kitchen area was perfect for cooking, chatting, and playing games together. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved the large dining space for family meals.But the outdoor area stole the show – the pool was sparkling clean and surrounded by plenty of seating for lounging, eating, watching the game, and just enjoying the sunshine. The kids were constantly in the water, and the adults loved relaxing poolside with a drink in hand.A special thank you to the amazing host, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish.This home had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking for a place to make lifelong family memories, look no further. Wonderful Stay

We used this house for friends visiting from out of town for a celebration. The house is impeccably and stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the details like themed bedrooms , welcome cookies, well stocked kitchen , coffee bar and even a foot massager. Kids couldnt get enough of their bedroom with the bunk beds.Our guests loved the experience . The owner was easy to communicate with and accomodated a late checkout and early checkin .Overall this home is highly recommended !

Best VRBO Yet

Three generations of our family were there with our best family friends. It was Absolutely wonderful. By far, the best VRBO we have stayed in throughout our many travels. Property was immaculately clean, well stocked, and snacks/treats for us throughout the home. Yard and pool were great, floorplan could not be better. We’ll stay here every time we visit Austin. Thank you, hosts, for a wonderful experience.

The house looked great online but was better than the pictures even showed! The house was fully stocked with everything that you need for a nice vacation. The host thought of every detail!! I highly recommend Sylvia as a host and her beautiful house in Cedar Park!!

grandsons birthday get away

We commonly use a VRBO to get together with family out of town and sometimes in town because we need lots of rooms and especially bathrooms. This was indeed the BEST experience we have ever had in the past 10 years. Not only was the home welcoming, the host prepared so many special welcome gifts including for our pets. A very welcoming coffee bar, bottle of wine and a basket of snacks. That was a first for us!! Silvia was a wonderful host, the house was beautiful, spacious, well supplied and taken care of, cannot say enough!! Thank you and we will definitely use this home again when needed.

This house was amazing!! Silvia was a wonderful host and was easy to get a hold of throughout our stay if we needed anything. The house was so cute and had everything we needed and more! Wonderful! Amazing! Spectacular!

This house is amazing, cozy and perfect for hosting a large group. We had a staycation to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and 14th birthday for my son. The pool is wonderful and perfect for this Texas heat. We made s’mores and cooked lots of food in the kitchen. There is a coffee bar and everything you could need. The host even left cute little gifts for my children. Sylvia was attentive and available if needed. We will definitely be coming back next year.

From start to finish an amazing place and communication. We struggled logging through the door and instant response and follow up to ensure we got in. We were more than satisfied with our stay here! The property was very clean and stocked with everything we could want. The pool and outdoor space, in general, were fantastic on hot steamy days. UT Graduation Celebration

This is the best vacation home we have stayed in. The house is gorgeous. It is very spacious and welcoming. The host did not leave out any detail. It was fully stocked with everything you can think of. The outdoor area was perfect for grilling, swimming, and relaxing. I would not change anything about the place. It is close to everything but away from the inner city. We loved it! Thank you for hosting us for our son’s UT graduation!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything down to an extension cord on each side of the bed to plug in chargers. Great for a large group. The layout of the kitchen was awesome. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could imagine to cook meals for a large group. The backyard was a great place to enjoy!! We sat by the fire many times. We had a frustration that really needs to be addressed. We got locked out of the house and it caused a lot of problems and stress. For some reason the code quit working. Then the call number took a very long time to answer. They reset code and it still did not work. We could never figure it out so they gave us a code to a lock box that had keys. Couple of suggestions for the owners: The picture of the naked woman upstairs was not appropriate for a family place. One of the coffee cups had someone shooting a bird on the bottom of the cup. We ran out of toilet paper. There were no Kleenex in upstairs bathrooms.

Awesome place!

We had a great time. The place was awesome. Every little detail was taken care of. The pool is just perfectly in the shade most of the day too (between the house and a tree).
