Guest access
• Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, detached casita, and fenced-in backyard, including the pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities.

• Self-check-in is available through electronic keypad locks. Detailed check-in instructions and access codes will be provided before arrival.

• Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles:
- 2 in the carport
- 2 in the driveway
- 1 on the street directly in front of the property

• Street parking is first come, first served and is not guaranteed. Please do not park in front of neighboring properties or on the grass.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

• Occupancy: Maximum of 16 overnight guests. Additional visitors, gatherings, and events require prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Casa De Prado is located in a residential neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

• Pool & Hot Tub: Optional pool heating is available for $50 per night. Hot tub heating is complimentary. There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving or glass is permitted at the pool.

• Pets: Up to 3 well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome for $75 per dog, per stay. Dogs must be disclosed before check-in. No other pets are permitted, except assistance animals as required by applicable law. Please review the complete House Rules for pet policy.

• Parking: Maximum of 5 vehicles. Street parking is first come, first served. Parking in front of neighboring properties or on the grass is not permitted.

• Smoking & Fires: No smoking in or near the home or outdoor furniture. Only the provided gas BBQ may be used. No other indoor or outdoor fires are permitted.

• Decorations: Please do not attach decorations or adhesives to walls, doors, or windows. No confetti. All approved decorations must be removed before checkout. You will be charged for damage or adhesive cleaning.

• Early Check-In & Late Checkout: Availability is limited due to our cleaning schedule. Early check-in requests can be made within 48 hours of arrival. Luggage drop-off may be arranged after 11:30 AM only upon request.
