Amazing short stay!

I came for a work trip and absolutely love the amenities, staff, and the room I booked! I even had a washer and dryer in unit so I was able to wash my clothes before I flew back. Definitely booking again but this time for a nice personal vacay!

Location and Amenities On Point

Loved the location of this place along with the community space to work in the coffee shop/bar in the lobby. Awesome roof top pool and great workout facility. The size of the unit was perfect and easy to feel right at home in! All the details (including full kitchen needs and plush toilet paper) made this sweet little spot just the right home for the night! Would totally stay here again!

I'll Be Back!

I will definitely book again. Great little space - comfy bed, nice to have laundry, kitchenette, and a little workspace at the kitchen table. So happy to have a Nespresso machine (just like home). The fitness room was great and the rooftop patio was a wonderful bonus!

Great stay! Love Natiivo!

On-site staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Natiivo is a fun place and the amenities are great! Will definitely stay here again. The communication from Vacasa, from booking to check in, stay, and check out, was fantastic! They made it so easy to reach out with any questions, though I didn't have to since they provided all needed info upfront and everything in my room was perfect. Thanks to Natiivo and Vacasa!

Enjoyable Stay

This unit is in a very nice complex called The Natiivo. The community amenities are very nice and convenient. The floorplan of this unit was a little cramped for me, even staying by myself. However, the pictures were accurate and it was clean and well stocked. I enjoyed my short stay overall.

1. False advertising about early check-in. 2. The room smells like stink bombs. 3. The laundry machine doesn’t work. 4. There are sounds going on all day and night - we had terrible sleep our entire stay. 5. Cockroach. 6. The pillows are too big to sleep on. 7. Only one tiny bar of soap.

10th floor dog park

Traveled with a small dog and this location was perfect, 10th floor studio apartment, down the hall is the outside dog park cannot be more convenient. 5 minute walk to all the bars on Rainey street.

First trip to Austin

We went to Austin for my birthday and wanted to stay somewhere that was in walking distance of lots of things. This place definitely delivered. We were able to walk to the bars on Rainey Street and 6th, and there a walking path to the bridge with the bats. The place was also super clean with lots of amenities. We got to use the rooftop pool and peloton's in the gym. We had a great time.

Love this Unit!

My husband booked this for me and it's a treat! Amazing kitchen appliances and cute layout. It's currently missing a nightstand on the other side of the bed IMO as well as could use some additional clothing hooks and maybe a laundry basket for longer stays but in talking with the front desk, it seems like these units are undergoing additional renovations as the building just came online in March of this year. As for location, this is a great location, i step outside my door and there's the gym and yoga studio with towels and water and a terrace/dog park - very beautiful and high end boutique building!

Great location and floor!

The unit is on the same floor as the gym, yoga studio, and dog park so its a very convenient studio unit for business travelers like myself. Great location right next to lady bird trails and rainey street! The fixtures in the unit are very high end, all bosch appliances with a washer/dryer. The front desk told me the owner is planning to upgrade the unit further in the next 2 months to make it more business and user functional so i am interested in returning to this building and unit in the future!

Great location and floor

This unit is on the same floor as the gym, the pelaton bikes, the terrace and dog park and the yoga studio - very convenient without having to jump into an elevator!
