We loved the pool and golf area. The fire place didn't have as much wood as we would have liked and the hot tub didn't work the first day but it was fixed and we enjoyed that as well. Kitchen was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We would come back for another stay!

As advertised - excellent!

Great property and exactly as you would expect from the listing and photos. Love the amenities; perfect home for a group get together (especially for a competitive group that enjoys games). It would likely feel a bit tight if you truly had 20 people. 10-12 is likely ideal.

Perfect property for our gathering

We traveled from Seattle, Michigan, and other places to celebrate a wedding. Thad's property was perfect for our group to get to know each other, have fun, and relax. The setting is beautiful and the house offers multiple options for activities. Although no one in our group utilized the pool, the hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table, corn hole pitch, open space, and beautiful sitting areas offered everything we wanted and more. With 2 refrigerators, several coffee pots, lots of glass and table ware, multiple bedrooms with bathrooms, this house is ideal for groups like ours; 3 couples and 4 individuals. The house and furnishings are lovely, just as the photos depict. Highly recommend this house.

My friends and I loved our stay. Brad and Annette were great at communicating and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Plenty of space, comfy beds, awesome pool and yard. Very happy with everything!

Absolutely stunning property and amazing property team have made your next Austin trip unforgettable

Thad and Annette did an amazing job hosting my bachelor group of 15 guys! The house is absolutely gorgeous! We beat the Austin heat by relaxing in the backyard pool and enjoyed all the fun games Thad and his team have in the backyard (cornhole, ping pong, football). The house was more than capable of housing all the guys comfortably. Thad and his team have everything you need for your stay from bath and pool towels to even a cooler we borrowed for a boat trip! There is a pizza place and gas station a quick trip away as well! Easy access to downtown and a pleasant drive to lake Travis. Highly recommend Thad's property! Rudy

Great family get away

We met up with my cousin and her family. We had a great time, very spacious, plenty of beds. It was very hot and humid outside to get in the pool early but we had a good 4-5 hours outside. Would recommend the property 👍

Great place for a large group

This home was perfect for everything we needed. It slept 19 with room to spare. We loved the pool area and kitchen which was large enough for all of us to hang out. Correspondence with Thad was quick and professional and would recommend a stay here for anyone.

Quick Austin trip

This property was super easy to get to and conveniently laid out. Our family had plenty of space and enjoyed the outside area. We had a minor issue with the heater but quickly got it resolved. Overall I recommend this property! Thank you Thad!

Thanksgiving Family Time

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the property. It was just as described and perfect for our large family. A huge plus that they allowed dogs, otherwise some of our family would not have been able to come. The backyard was incredible and we hope to come back in the warmer months to use it even more. The host was incredibly responsive on thanksgiving when we had an issue with the water heater. They were also able to give us an earlier check in time. No complaints here!

Amazing Spot!!

Could not recommend this property more. The hosts were so accommodating, the property matched the pictures exactly and it was perfect for my friends and I for the weekend. Would definitely stay there again if we came to Austin!

My groups stay was great. The property was extremely nice and very clean. Communication with the owner was great, very accommodating with check in time. The house is close enough to downtown Austin, also a gas station is about a mile away with food/snacks and drinks. Overall 5 star place. Thanks.

Great place!

It is a great place to stay! The manager answered all our questions if we had any. Property was as listed. It was very clean, it had plenty of utensils and all that we needed while we stayed. Definitely a great experience.

Great property for a larger group

Thad was a great host. The property was clean & exactly what we needed. A bit of a trek to the city & Ubers take ~10-20m to arrive so would pre-schedule. I would have liked to spend more time at the property vs city but I was not the bride so not my choice. We had some issues w/ the water heater…when notified about it, they sent someone over rather quickly but it ended up being a bandaid & not a long term fix. I thought we’d be reimbursed somehow but weren’t but at the end of the day, I’m not going to remember the cold showers, I’ll remember the good times. Would absolutely stay again.

My friends and family were here to celebrate a few different milestones in the group. The home was as advertised and the pictures are accurate. A little bit out of the way, depending on what you're trying to do, but the privacy that came with the location was great. Great, cozy home, with a hood entertainment area to get everyone together to celebrate. Thad was great with answering my questions and calming any concerns I had.
