Great layout! extra pillows great. Comfortable mattress as well! And clean.Hard to get the shower at an even temperature as it would jump from hot to cooler. That's not such a huge deal for me. A bigger deal for me was how slow it took for the AC to get the apartment to a decent temperature. Apartment was so hot on arrival, I was just sweating . It took into the night before it was cool enough to feel comfortable. Toilet always will seem to be the problem because of the age of the apartment but the AC situation is only temporary because of the time of year. So more of just an awareness that of the situation. Docked one star for every time having to hold the toilet flusher down until the toilet completely flushed. It took forever, because the flush was so very slow and not a lot of suction. And this is even after plunging the toilet just to make sure it wasn't clogged. And holding that flusher down in the middle of night was a consistent bummer.
