« This is an excellent find. The house is even more charming than suggested by the listing. The neighborhood is walkable, quiet, and beautiful. We didn't get to enjoy the lovely fenced-in patio, and our only regret about our stay was that our schedule didn't allow us more time to spend in the home. That hopefully will not be the case when we stay there the next time. Management was highly responsive to any questions we had. All in all, this is a gem of a place to stay in Austin. »

« The bathroom was way to small. And it was pretty noisy nonstop. Owner said nothing about it being adjacent to the train. And parking was a bit of a headache. But other than that I enjoyed myself in such a little space. »

« Enjoyed our stay in North Austin with our 2 pups. Single story in a quiet neighborhood, with fenced in yard was perfect! House clean and comfortable. Enjoyed walking pups to local cvs, restaurant and coffee shop, all within 20 min walk! Just 10 min uber to see our son at UT. Host very responsive. Will definitely be back! »

« The first floor apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for our visit to UT. Reserved street parking was available near the front entrance. The "West Campus" neighborhood is densely populated, but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Communication with owner was excellent. »
