„Good location to get around town. There are 5 parking spots available and thankfully, it wasn’t an issue over our long wknd stay. Host was responsive throughout the booking and trip. Unfortunately, the condo was the dirtiest condo I have ever stayed at and the pictures did not match the listing. I had to sweep the floors and ask the shower curtain be replaced as it was covered in black mold across the bottom. After messaging, the curtain was replaced but appalled to even have to ask. „I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old. „Great location close to UT Austin and downtown, with no need to get on the interstate, plus easy access to northeast Austin. Stylishly designed, adequately stocked and good communication with hosts. Property was quiet and walkable to local eateries. Parking is tight but ok, there are stairs so pack light. If there is a game at the adjacent stadium, be prepared for traffic and congested street parking. Great stay. Will stay again. “
