« Parking was not an assigned space and at night, you needed to walk a longer distance that safe. Room: 1) smelled of Indian food that was constant from the neighbor and there was nothing that I could do and my clothes smelled. 2) there was hair in the bathroom and mold on the floor molding/silicone and walls. I called 5x and then texted 20x (yes I have them still) for help. They kept saying "we take this seriously and am sorry. We will work immediately on this" and I never heard anything. ...

« Great place to stay with pets. We chose this place because of the price and it was pet friendly with no extra fees and it did not disappoint. It was a great location. No nonsense room with minimal amenities but that was what we expected for the price. Will definitely use again if we need another place in Austin with our doggies. »
