„The hotel has seen better days, but for the price it was ok. The pool was available which was a huge plus point after days of going without despite promised to our kids. „I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service“

„Very clean, great breakfast. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.“
