„We stayed at the cottage with three persons for ten days and really enjoyed the time. The cottage (especially the kitchen) is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. For us, the beds were very comfortable. As the house is at the end of dead end, it is a very quiet area. Garden furniture is available as well, so in the evening we loved to sit on the terrace and having dinner or some drinks outside. The communication with the owner was without any difficulty. „8 of the family joined us to hike up Munro's - annual event we will be back. On arrival we had a big storm that generated water under the front door, which flooded the dining room, the IGLOO team immediately responded and came in to clean up the flash flood. That night and came back in the morning to do a deep clean of the dining room. We would recommend this property as a great base. They offered to move us but this wasn't needed thank you for your great support.“

„The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!!“

It was challenging to find the in the dark, but once we got there it did not disappoint. Everything was lovely, the host made sure we had everything, the location was lovely. „Wir verlebten dort eine unvergessliche Woche. Weitab von Menschen waren wir im Wesentlichen nur mit Fasanen und Schafen zusammen. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, auch die Küche. Tolle Betten. Da wir Mitte September dort waren, waren die Abende kühl und wir haben den offenen Kamin geliebt. Holz war reichlich vorhanden. WIFI stabil!!!! Der Weg in die Zivilisation ist nicht so leicht: schmaler, unbefestigter Landweg, der nach Regen auch noch sehr rutschig wurde. Aber alles kein Problem, solange ...

„Perfect property full of quality fittings and incredibly well equipped. The weather was cold outside but the house was warm and particularly cosy with the wood burner in the evening. Only thing I would suggest would be some blankets/throws in the main living room for extra warmth when the snow falls. Host really helpful and very welcoming. Lovely comfortable beds. Just a fantastic place to stay and would love to stay again.“

„The Bakehouse was as described and it was spotless and well equipment with lovely attention to detail. Newtonmore is an ideal location for exploring the highlands. The village has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. The local hotels do not allow dogs in side but we were able to have drinks outside and we had a lovely meal at the Glen Hotel (outside with the dog). „The only slight criticism is the upstairs room with en-suite was the coldest room even with radiator on. Also a tumble dryer would be useful.“

„Cottage liegt 5 Meter neben Hauptstrasse, wo die Autos mit 90-100 km/h vorbeifahren. Der Strassenlärm war unerwartet. Seesicht? Man sieht den See durch die Sträucher ein bisschen. Ensprach bei weitem nicht den Erwartungen.“
