Wasserfront-Haus haustierfreundlich umgeben von Wasser und atemberaubenden Aussichten!

SOUNDFRONT Avon – Weakfish Dr. – When the sun sinks below the horizon beyond WINDY POINT, the sky bursts into a kaleidoscope of red and orange hues. The evening light show colors the imagination with what lies ahead for tomorrow: a cloudless sky, favorable breezes. A stay at this four-bedroom, two-bath home makes your water sport passions not just possible, but immensely pleasurable. The house is surrounded by water on three sides that, from the home’s wrap-around decks or enclosed porch, gives you a ship’s bow point of view. Inside, cozy surroundings provide a relaxing vibe that makes your vacation even more restorative. The bedrooms include a first level queen bedroom and a king master featuring a private half bath, both with sliding glass doors to the sunporch, a full-over-full bunk room for the kids, and a top-level queen master suite that boasts gorgeous wooden pitched ceilings. The great room features a 50-inch Smart TV, but there is no need to battle over the remote; another 40-inch Smart TV is in the lower-level den. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up those vacation meals you’ve been craving. If work travels with you, there is an office workstation with computer screen, mouse, and keyboard. Outside, surfers and kiters can safely store boards and gear with the dedicated racks and the protective cover of the ground level. If there is a day the breeze is not blowing your way, plan on surfing the Atlantic waves, just a short walk away. You get the point . . . to make this all a reality, book WINDY POINT today.
