« We had an amazing stay at the lake house. The photos do not do justice to the house or the location. It is magical. »

« Das ist geräumig und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen , es war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön und voller exotischer Pflanzen . Der Pool war sauber und haben jeden Tag gebadet. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen. Grüße aus Deutschland »

« La maison est parfaite ainsi que l’accueil de José et Maria qui nous attendaient avec pleins de petites attentions. Très confortable et bien équipée. Cependant, je dois spécifier que la maison ne se trouve pas dans Bacalar mais à Buenavista à 30km. La position sur le plan d’Abritel est totalement fausse. Il faut absolument un véhicule. »

« This house was booked last minute for an improptu women's holiday because it was available and allowed a pet. The view of the lake is beautiful, but you can't get in and out to swim here. Many things were in disrepair like doors, windows, and screens. Linens, towels, water, toilet paper was not ready for us and had to be asked for and was stained and worn. The microwave and stove top were not setup to work and our air conditioner went out on our second day. I would not stay here again but the...

« Tout était très bien. La chambre était grande avec un super grand lit. L’extérieur est fantastique pour se déconnecter, c’est jolie et il n’y a aucun bruit. Le monsieur a l’accueil était super gentil et très à l’écoute. Je recommande à 100% ! »

« This was our first visit to Bacalar, it is trully an amazing place. If you are looking for a secluded lakefront property where you can feel like you are part of nature, this is the place. We spent 4 days in Sally´s house and it was an incredible experience, although being in a gated community it feels like you are totally by yourself and we never saw anyone else in the lagoon during our vacation. The house has a couple of Kayaks that our kids loved, feeling like explorers researching all over...

« The property was very nice and pool was excellent. Each unit has a nice patio with table and outdoor seating overlooking the pool . They also have two Weber BBQs with a children play area. Very family friendly. The only complaints are about the signage on the hwy and the access road is more like a jeep trail. I would not recommend taking a car with a low suspension. »

« Absolutely lovely! It was an oasis in the middle of the jungle forest. The staff are friendly and responsive. We loved the pool and the central common area. Our apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The showers were great. Please know the dirt road was quite bumpy but doable for a regular vehicle. »
