„設備、広さ、立地最高でした。 おもちゃがたくさんあり子連れには最高の場所です。ディズニーチャンネルなどもテレビで見れました。 洗濯機と乾燥機も別にあり、洗濯干しもあり便利です。 テラスにもテーブルがあり食事をしたり星を眺めたりできます。 テラスからは少し海が見えます。 すぐ近くにスーパーもあり便利です。 近くのパニーニ屋さんが美味しく何度か利用しました。 2点注意があります。 2025年8月末ですが建物の門のインターホンが、繋がりませんでした。 オーナーに連絡して返事待ちの間に 中から出てきた方が気を利かせてくれて、入れてくれました。 建物自体のインターホンは繋がりました。 ペット可なのでペットの匂いがします。 次回はぜひ連泊したい最高の場所でした。 ありがとうございました。“

„This is a very clean, modernish apartment just a block back from the beachfront near Rome. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are great with luxurious large-head showers. The town has some very nice restaurants, especially those clustered in a 3-block pedestrian zone, and there are a couple of nice ones right across the street from the apartment. „Außerhalb der Wohnung schön. Das Einzelbett befindet sich nicht im Wohnzimmer, sondern in der Küche. Diese ist ein Klappbett und auf dem Lattenrost liegen Papkartons, damit bei der Übernachtung sich nicht die Drähte des Lattenrostes in die Matraze drücken. Doppelbett nicht vorhanden,nur Schalfcoach im anderen Zimmer,Wirlpool nicht vorhanden, Grill verrostet,Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden,alles sehr dreckig und defekt.Angeblich wurde die Wohnung vorher geputzt,trotzdem liefen Armeisen durch die ...
