« L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro, con tanti parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze. In 3-4 persone risulta un pò piccolo e poco funzionale. Al piano terra c'è un comodo divano letto con un angolo cottura, un tavolo per la colazione e un piccolo bagno. La camera da letto e la doccia si trovano al piano superiore.L'abitazione è pulita. Le istruzioni per la casa sono molto chiare e scritte in ita e eng. Il proprietario Mirko è molto disponibile. »

« Gepflegtes Appartment in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Ravenna. Sehr angenehm war, dass unser Gastgeber unsere Autonummer an die Polizei weitergeleitet hat und wir für unsere Aufenthaltsdauer keine Parkplatzgebühr bezahlen mussten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfielt es sich das interessante Museum in Classe (ca. 15 Minutenen entfernt)und die Lagunenstadt Comacchio (ca. 50 Min. entfert) zu besichtigen. »

« We absolutely loved everything about this house, our dealings with Paolo, and the city of Ravenna and its people. We were so close to the historic section of town and it's beautiful mosaics. We were also walking distance to the train, which we took to attend the F-1 races in Imola. Everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. The house itself was the perfect size, and we really enjoyed the courtyard. »
