„This was my second place in Florence, and was our absolute favorite!!The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We were picking up my daughter from university and this house was close to everything we required. Need an affogato? Just around the corner!! Host was so kind to let us store our 9 pieces of luggage early. Warning: there are many stairs!! But do some squats and no problem. I plan to go back and stay here in a year or 2.“

„We throughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The location of this property is perfect- walking distance to all the museums, restaurants and even a fabulous caffe for our morning coffee and pastry. Walked to the market for the freshest produce! Cristy met us upon arrival- property well stocked which made our stay for 7 adults very comfortable. Grazie!“

„Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!“

The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. „It is about 300 m walk to the residence once you get off the bus. It is about a five minute bus ride to Fiesole. Easy to get into Florence downtown with a 30 minute bus ride to Duomo. Nice hot shower! It could use a better bed. Other than that I’d stay again but having a car would be more convenient. Nice restaurant when you get off the bus. “

„This property is just as pictured and more! The location is perfect and quiet yet just a 2 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The restaurants that are close by are amazing and the walk ability to everything is a bonus. Now, if taking a taxi from the airport myself and my friends both experienced this…they will not drop you off at the door. They drop you off at the top of the street and you will walk about 100m. Not a big deal unless you have more than 1 piece of luggage on a cobblestone street. I ...

„We loved our stay (6 adults) in Daniele’s property. Full air conditioning was key for the week we were there. Property was extremely clean and well-maintained. Daniele answered all of our questions, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and was very responsive when we had a question about the washing machine. Would definitely stay there again. “

„Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist für die Erkundung vom Florenz wirklich super. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen und zwischen den Besichtigungen auch mal zurückgehen, man ist ja nie wirklich weit weg von Zuhause auf Zeit. Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt, ist es allerdings sowohl von der Straße her als auch im Haus selber laut.
