Appartement très bien situé, proche des transports et des 2 gares Centrale et Garibaldi. Seul petit inconvénient appartement pas très bien insonorisé. »

« The apartment was dirty. Floors were unsweeped, one of the toilets even has urine and paper inside. Showers had mold and mildew and one of the shower doors was falling apart. Apartament did not have any cooling System, not even a fan. We opened the windows and Neighbours were loud. We emailed the property to let them know we were going to be late. The instructions said to do so, so they can provide us with lockbox code. They never responded, than we call and the lady very rude and demeaning told...

« C'était tres bien, à part que je suis retrouvé sans aide pour trouver l'appartement, grosse panique quand on n'est avec une ado de 15 ans,communication presque impossible avec le bailleur qui ne parlait pas français, tout c'est réglé sur snap chat ,mais sans l'info pour la boite à clés »

« Milano is a great City. Regarding the appartement San Fermo, The picture of the booking and the real appartement are really not the same. The booking show different picture of different appartement while you sleep into only one appartement. Therefore, it's not really reliable. Once we call the manager of the appartement, he refuses to accept that the issue was coming from the advertisement on Hotels.com. We had to fight to get a "decent" place...but it was not up to our requirement but we didn t...
