« Property was clean and well situated to see the great city of Munich. Great for a couple or family of three. The Sofa bed was comfortable for our 9 year old. Roof deck is nice. Enough amenities to survive. Owners were responsive and helpful. One note I didn’t think the listing captured it’s a fourth story walk up. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again. »

« Arrived late in the evening and in the rain. First impressions of the neighborhood late night were concerning, seemed a bit sketchy. This impression improved in daylight and as we became accustomed to the surroundings. It is a very noisy area, however. Lots of room for sleeping. Only one toilet. Separate shower room. Coffee/espresso in the small kitchen is a hit. Overall location, proximity to Munich sights, was great. »
