« Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! »

« -The biggest issue with this apartment is that it is RIGHT NEXT TO train rail and all day and all night long trains pass by with loud noises. The trains pass right by the bedroom windows. It is impossible to sleep. - place seems to have probably been in commercial use and now turned into residential. - there were small roaches in the unit and we informed the contact and he said these are normal in wooded areas! Extra sheets and pillows in the closet had stains and hair on them ( see pictures) -...

« Our host was great and quite patient in waiting for us, as we were running down to the wire of the 5pm closing of their office. They did wait around for us and helped us check in, and ensured we had everything we needed and a smooth stay! The place was clean and perfect for what we needed for a few nights stay. It was within walking distance to Okbtoberfest and all of the other things we wanted to do and see in Munich! Price was fair, too, compared to everything else we saw! Would recommend...

« This was a great fit for my group! We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and if you have a bigger group, this is a GREAT option. If you check in late at night, it may seem a little sketch, but as soon as I entered the actual room it was incredible! Just be aware of the area you are in, but this is a perfect option for groups (especially if you are going to Oktoberfest) in my opinion. Super happy with my stay!! »

« The property was in a great location, allowing us to walk to many of the areas of Munich we wanted to see, as well as to the train station for our departure. Sophy was very kind in helping us navigate to the location and drop off our luggage and allowed us to store our luggage until check-in time. The apartment was spacious and clean and was a great fit for our family of five. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again. »

« Justin’s place is cozy and clean. We spent days and evenings exploring Munich and it was a great place to come home to. Great view of the city. Walkable to old town, Marianplatz, Viktualienmarkt, the river paths and a tram line making it easy to get around. Tons of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores near by. Area feels very safe.Justin is a fantastic host. We had a problem with the tram and he talked us through it via text so we could get to his place. We would definitely stay again. »
