Legal Beech Bum Mountain Retreat

  • Im Herzen des herrlichen Beech Mountain gelegen, zieht dieses 2-Zimmer-Apartment mit Loft sowohl den aktiven Urlauber als auch diejenigen an, die einen entspannten Kurzurlaub wünschen. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse hinter dem Haus. Der Kamin und das urige Landhausgefühl bieten einen wunderbaren Rückzugsort. Die Annehmlichkeiten des Clubs sind gegen eine geringe Gebühr als Gäste der Eigentümer vorgesehen und umfassen (in der Saison) einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz Willard Byrd, ein Clubrestaurant, einen 10 Har Tru-Tennisplatz, einen Pool und ein Freizeitzentrum.
    Der Beech Mountain liegt 5500 Fuß über dem Meeresspiegel und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ski Beech Mountain und 5 Minuten vom Sugar Mountain entfernt. Es gibt gutes Essen in zwanglosen Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Our second stay at this ideal location to Beech Mountian resort. We walk to and from the resort to ski, tube, grab coffee at the coffee shop and dinner at the village. We appreciate dodging the traffic and parking chaos, especially during a busy holiday weekend. Thanks for another great stay!

White Christmas!

This was simply perfect and cozy. We had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful and clean and overall small enough for that cozy feeling but big enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. We saw snow and the trees were all covered and the place was quiet but close to everything we needed. Definitely would rent this place again.

We had a great ski trip at this cabin. The location is truly excellent—you can't beat being on the slopes in just 5 minutes. The cabin itself was a nice size for the three of us.A couple of notes for future guests: the kitchen could use a small update, and the bedding was quite basic; the synthetic sheets weren't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep after skiing. It would also be a great addition to have a grill outside for evenings in.But overall, the fantastic location really makes this place. For easy slope access, it's a very good choice.

Beech Mtn Show

This was the perfect spot to see the summer concert series. Easily within walking distance. Communication with the owners was excellent. There is one full bathroom and a half bath. The porch was perfect to watch the deer and relax on. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return.

MLK weekend Ski awesome

We were so blessed have great trip. The parking isn’t great. we left our vehicles at the Beech Mnt ski resort bc you need 4 wheel drive if it snows it did snow a lot. Location was awesome bc we could walk to skiing. If you stay here snap photo lock box number bc your internet won’t work wo wifi.

Just what we needed

This place was perfect for our first family ski trip. It's a great location just across from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and just up the mountain from Banner Elk. The house is cozy, but had plenty of room for four adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen included all we needed for meals. The dishwasher is a bit noisy so we ended up washing dishes by hand. Other than that everything we good. It snowed while we were there and we made a nice fire in the fireplace. We loved watching the birds and deer. We also enjoyed Fred's General Store, Banner Elk Cafe, a pizza place, and a BBQ joint. It was a nice little winter wonderland ahead of Christmas. Thank you for a great home base for our trip!

Very Cozy

We stayed at the home with one other couple. The home was perfect for 2 couples as it was not too big, but had two bathrooms. The deck is completely fenced and gated, which was great for the dog; she loved sitting out there watching nature. We were there for skiing, so the location could not have been better. The entire home was extremely clean, which is saying a lot as I am quite a fussy housekeeper. My only concern with the property is that it is not wheelchair accessible, as noted on the listing. One of our party was able to walk only short distances and navigate 5-6 stairs. I contacted the owner, who advised me that there were a few stairs to access the deck but once on the deck everything is on one level. We were fine with that, however my concern is that someone who notes the wheelchair accessible designation may be misguided and believe that the property is wheelchair accessible from the outside. All-in-all a great experience with VRBO and would stay in the home again.

Nice house!

This is a perfect location and a great place to stay! The house is clean and the deck is a perfect place to sit out and enjoy the summer. We usually stay for the summer concert series and always have a really great time.
