« IT'S A HOSTAL. I know I know, its listed as a hotel but, it's indeed a hostel. No TVs, no AC, no dressers to put your clothes away. Now...LOCATION is a 10, safety walk to restaurants, bars and the lively downtown area. STAFF 10. Front desk staff were patient and accommodating to the best of their ability. FOOD... 10. No need to go out (of this hostel) for a delicious, made to order Ecuadorian breakfast. The grounds are very pretty and the waterfall view is incredible. I'd recommend this HOSTEL...
« Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains. »
« All the food was great and extremely fresh- straight from the garden outside of our room. Service was great, as well as the deep tissue massage at the spa. One thing that could be improved is the number of flies in the eating areas; we were often spending meals swatting them away. »
« Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks! »
