« We stayed in the Club Wyndham (time-share owned unit) for just about a week. Upon entering the unit, the entire family was shocked at the space we had (we got the 3 bedroom unit with 2 full baths) for just our family of 5. Even our 2 year old son got his own room too which was great. After getting into the unit, we noticed it wasn't super clean at all - I found used Q-tip's and other pieces of garbage behind both bathroom doors, the corners of the bathroom floors and other garbage around the...

« Are stay was cut short due to Covid 19. But these people were wonderful. They were quick to resolve a couple issues we had checking in the place was amazing and even after the dells closed they stayed opened! »

« Pine Haven is just that…a haven. Such a beautifully serene property. It’s the perfect resting spot after enjoying all of the outdoor adventures in the area. Lisa and Dave were excellent hosts. We plan to come back next summer. »

« The property was well kept. Our room was more than sufficient for four ladies. The price was very reasonable for a Dells stay. My only thought was that the room could have been a bit better cleaned. Under the beds in the room I slept in could have been vacuumed a bit better. The lamps could use a little better cleaning job also. We could not get one light in the living room to work. Small issues. Overall the suite was nice. »

« Great place to stay if you want a nearby escape from the hustle and bustle of the Dells. The Pine Haven is as advertised, very reasonable prices, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds. Owners are very nice and responsive. Petting the Belgian Draft horses and the chance to do some catch and release fishing in the private pond is a bonus other places do not offer! We would stay here again! »

« The condo was leaps and bounds above what the hotel offered and for a lower price. We had family staying in the hotel’s condos and we all spent the majority of the time at ours. It was also closer to the skybridge/waterparks which was an added benefit. Check in was also much quicker than the hotel side. The Wyndham staff was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived. All in all we had an excellent experience and plan to use this site and service next time we travel. »

« This place was great and very affordable. We did get our room upgraded, but even the standard room looked very nice. We had plenty of space and the linens and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. »
