« Everything was clean and the room was perfect. Every staff member I encountered was super kind and helpful. »

« This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. »

« Séjour très agréable et très calme dans une chambre spacieuse avec vu le lac derriere l hotel. Literie parfaite, wifi sans problèmes et salle de bain bien équipée (avec peignoir). Dommage que la bouteille d eau a l arrivée dans la chambre ne soit pas fraîche mais bien payante ... »

« Was there just for one night but room was nice, can see hotel is in middle of construction but still looked clean inside. Would recommend »
