« Room was clean. The pool was taken over by kids and the hot tub didn't work. Le Jefe was excellent with service and food. The margaritas were great. Kids loud in the hallway yet at 11:30-12:00. »

« Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel. »

« We had a deluxe condo suite booked and paid for at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. Upon arrival, after being given the runaround, we were told we'd been relocated to hotel off sight. Our deluxe condo with kitchen living area and separate bedroom turned into a double queen hotel room. And, we were charged a resort fee. We weren't given a suite even though they were available at the hotel. Extremely dissatisfied. »

« We had a group in a two bedroom deluxe. It was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. »

« The room was nice, walls were a little thin and can hear rooms above you if music is turned up. Everything else was as expected. I'd like to see the place in the summer! The staff were nice and the breakfast was good »
