"Everything about this hotel was amazing, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the major attractions. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of Big Ben and the London Eye right from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London."

"We checked in before 3pm which we were very thankful for, because we visited the BST Hyde Park Festival that day and just wanted to have some time in our room before we go. The room was pretty decent and the bed was comfortable. It would‘ve been nice if there was a shower head you could hold with your hand."

"Das Frühstück ist umwerfend: Große Auswahl, leckere Speisen und guter Kaffee. Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen (Check-in, Frühstück, Housekeeping) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. U-Bahn-Stationen sind gleich um die Ecke, Paddington Station mit Direktverbindung nach Heathrow fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt nebenan ist das Paddington Basin mit dem Merchant Square, wo man abends schön essen kann. Alles in allem ein echter Tipp."
