« Chambre qui sentait très fort le tabac, on a demandé à être changé, le personnel nous en a tout de suite trouvé une autre. Dans la nouvelle, le chauffage était bloqué à fond. On a tenté une nuit à 30 degrés en octobre puis on a de nouveau sollicité le personnel pour réparer le chauffage. En revenant le soir ce n’était pas réglé, on a dû appeler le gardien à 22h pour qu’il règle le problème. Ensuite, après le départ du gardien, nous n’avions plus d’électricité (donc impossible de recharger les...
