„Lage absolut praktisch, 5 Minuten vom Meer; Supermarkt in Sichtweite. Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick ins Hinterland von San Sebastián. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern eher nicht geeignet wegen der Einrichtung und auch weil es sich um ein Wohnhaus mit Dauermietern handelt - es ist etwas hellhörig.“

„We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The three bedroom/two baths were great for the 5 of us. The place is in a residential community and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Along the way are plenty of stores and restaurants. There is no central air - but the fans kept the place cool/circulating the air. Make sure to ask for them. The property manager, Felix, was very responsive. I highly recommend this place - a great find in San Sebastián!“

„Everything was fine. Would make a couple of comments. Building is on a corner, there is some traffic noise. Might be a problem for light sleepers. Similarly, there are neighbours some of whom can make some noise ( and so can you, so respect them ). Location is superb for link to metro. No shops in immediate vicinity, but 3 modest sized supermarkets one metro stop away @ Errandio.Residential area, unregulated car parking available, but might be difficult at times. Better if you use public ...

„Everything Every year we leave things like a beach umbrella and chair and we hope that other people get good use of it because it's very much needed for the beach. We always hope it's there when we return but it's always gone and we end up having to spend money buying new ones. It would be nice if the apartment came with beach chairs and umbrella since it is a beach town after all :)“
