„I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there ...

„I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future.“

„Noli was very helpful in getting through the minor issues that popped up. Initially wifi wasnt fully working and Noli was able to help us get it working within two hours. Helped us in person for pool access and was flexible in our checkin and checkout times. Made the trip very enjoyable for family.“

„夜８時頃タクシーで到着しましたが、まず、このコンドミニアムの入り口で、部屋のオーナーからの連絡がなかったのか、警備員に止められ、確認がとれるまで長い間待たされました。そのあと、建物のレセプションが、鍵を受け取っていないとのことで、オーナーと連絡がとれるまで、再び待たされました。２泊しましたが、部屋の清掃やタオル交換はありませんでした。３泊したら石鹸やシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは足りなくなっていたと思います。部屋の世話係（？）の人の電話番号は教えてもらっていましたが、その人とまったく連絡がとれず、タオル交換などをお願いしましたが、対応してもらえませんでした。“

„Really enjoyed our stay and the Condo is perfect for 2 people. You can fit 3 but more comfortable for 2. The pool is GREAT and the location is very close to MOA. Easy locations for “GRAB” app car service to find. Laundry is not in the building but located in the next building over. Glen was great to work with on check in and check out. „Clean, comfortable & inviting. Nice layout/floor plan (best one yet from all the Shore Residences units I've stayed in) & nicely/tastefully decorated. The host communicated timely & accurate info & accommodated an early check-in due to my early flight arrival which was much appreciated. I enjoyed my stay & will definitely book this unit again!“

Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay.
