„The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. We parked about a mile away from the house and had to walk back.I was not given the code to the door or instructions on time. The beds are harder than the pavement outside. „We stayed at this location for 2 nights prior to our cruise leaving from Port Liberty. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in finding some tourist resources for NYC. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the included extras! They really made our stay enjoyable. “
