« Check in process was very confusing and it was very difficult to get in touch with management. Some things were broken and dirty, very cheap furniture and kitchen was very poorly stocked. Personal mail/packages were at the door, including a notice that the property was missing some water inspection and water would be turned off in a couple weeks unless the inspection was done. However, it was a good location and great for multiple people to have all their own spaces and bathrooms. »

« The house was very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. One drain was slow and Tina had it repaired that day.The parking space is small for RX Lexus, but we were able to have convenient parking in the evening. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. The house was clean and fresh and new. Everything you needed was there and right where I would look for it. It’s close to the fun zone and ferry to Balboa Island and to the Pacific beach side. We would come again - my teenage kids asked if we could plan to come in summer. »
