« Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again. »

« Villa Magnifica was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We were a group of 13 people, including six kids and seven adult. This house was the most well provisioned of any I have stayed at. There was space for everyone in the various rooms and the two decks. »

« Great views of the ocean and beach--we had a lot of fun! One thing to note is that the beach is a surfing beach, so you have to walk a bit in either direction if you want to swim during the day. Or, you can just surf, and then there is no restriction! »

« The house is exactly what you think it is. A beach house getaway big enough to host all your friends and family. The location is second to none and the accordion doors openning the house to the backyard and front yard gave it the beach house feel you were looking for. The manager was very responsive and even had a maintenance person come out within an hour to fix issues we had. Would definitely come back »

« My fiancĂ© and I absolutely loved this place. Everything was clean and nice! The hosts labeled each drawer of items and even had one with party supplies! There was coffee, honey, tea, and so many other complementary items! Additionally, there was a patio to hang out at and cute lights with it. The only thing we noticed was a flight of stairs that definitely wouldn’t fit older adults like seniors. We would definitely come back again, the price was amazing too!! »
