This condo complex has the best of all worlds being close to historic Fort Macon State Park, the charming town of Beaufort, a scenic drive to Emerald Isle, and don't forget to check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores on the way there! Olde Towne Yacht Club a spacious Clubhouse, a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Dressing Area, Grilling Area, a well-equipped Fitness Room, a Sauna and an Elevator. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Marina with Boat Docking Facilities (Boat Slip Does Not Come with the Rental but Slip Rentals are Available through the Complex Association). Guests may fish off the dock as well! Please Note: No boat parking unless guest rents boat slips through the marina.

Home Layout: The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes two twin beds and a TV, while Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and TV. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom. The living room also features a TV and provides access to the balcony, where guests can enjoy beautiful soundfront water views.
