« A very warm welcome from the owners. Beautiful location and good value for money. Mattresses in the twin room were a bit thin/soft which is a consideration if (like me) you can have back trouble. It was peaceful and a good location for visiting both south and north Cornwall coasts. Newquay was our best day out. »

« Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen).
