„The property was very nice, super clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the washing machine was out of order. However, it ended up not being a big deal. I would recommend updating the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a little hard. Other than those two things, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!“

„Clean, just as described. Small community of tiny homes. We visited in the fall. Most of the other homes seemed to be vacant at the time which was nice. Hot enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. Great little spot to explore nearby trails, monteagle, and Sewanee.“

However, there were a few issues. 1- the fireplace didn’t work, 2- the grill was nasty and didn’t work, and the light in the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t work or remote was missing. This was a winter getaway with my 3 daughters and wife. A Fireplace and grill would have been great. Other than those issues, the cabin was nice. “

„The tiny house and property was beautiful. The house is decorated so nicely. The fire pit and lake views were great and relaxing. I wish the house had a TV, but we went and bought one for our weekend stay and had a great time. Lots of great hiking trails around. A very nice community.“

„This property was everything and more. Our fur baby loved this trip, there is information about what to do around the area and on the property in a binder inside. This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning. “
