« Very cute room (we stayed in a cabana that Sarah upgraded us to! Thank you!) and comfy huge king sized bed. AC worked well. Everything was super clean and had what we needed! The only downside was the mosquitoes since we were right on the canal, and it was a 30 min walk into town (or a 10usd/20bzd golfcart taxi, or ride the free bikes if you’re comfortable). Not much within short walking distance but very quiet area if you want to stay out of town. Sarah sent us a nice list with helpful things...

« I can't say enough about the Sea Glass Inn and the Maloney's. We were met at arrival by Tom, one of the owners. He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. They set up transportation for us from the local airport, a car rental fo r our road trip, and even scheduled our excursions! They truly go above and beyond at the Sea Glass. « La maison n'a rien d'une "Hacienda" mais plutôt d'un motel de banlieue américaine avec des portes grillagées et le "School bus" en ruine dans le jardin. Propriétaire conviviale mais l'établissement est trop cher. »

« We rented the entire resort. Iz and the entire staff was amazing. His bar, El Norte, was on the property and a lot of fun. The on-site chef is an amazing cook and brought the food to your villa or bar. The onsite excursion guide, David, was top notch. We were very pleased with his service and helpful information. I would recommend this resort if you want a very peaceful environment. »
