« This is a return trip to this sweet little space for us. So well designed and we never felt cramped. Great location. A decent variety of restaurants in Guerneville, and close access to Johnson’s beach gave us an easy time. Kayaking by day and dining out by night. Perfect Russian River getaway. Owners live right next door and are very responsive to requests and general communication. »

« Excellent communication, helpful tips, air conditioning was a life saver for the heat. Patio and deck were lovely to spend time amongst the trees. I partticularly enjoyed the old school microwave and hood, and found the kicthen to be very capable. The baby travel crib was super helpful as well for our 9 month old. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Old Timer. What a cozy and relaxing treasure of a house. The deck looking over the river was so relaxing and peaceful. The fireplace was a beautiful element that made the evenings so cozy. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the space was just as it looked in the photos, with the comfiest couch to lounge on. I would definitely return in the future and recommend to others. »

« Love Monte Rio Tree house great location, great hot tub, so close to Monte Rio public beach for enjoying the River. Spent a great day at Riverelectric swim club. So fun. This house has a lot of stairs, very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will be back. »

It is just like in the pictures! And it has all you need! It is greatly equipped! Aside from its beauty and features the host and owners are wonderful! A super easy book, check in, check out and availability! I am so glad we found this perfect spot in a great town and with so much to explore near it aswell! Don’t think twice!...

« We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was great. Easy access to Healdsburg for wine tasting. The river was lovely for swimming and paddle boarding. We saw lots of wildlife. Egrets, deers, otters, raccoons. Fabulous. »

« The place was amazing and we were so happy we stayed there. We would go back again in a heartbeat. It is a short walk away from the public Monte Rio beach and restaurants and it is a short drive away from the ocean or Santa Rosa in the other direction. »
