« Jackie was exceptionally communicative and collaborative regarding our trip that would be disrupted by the recent snow storm. I really appreciate how detailed Jackie was, how she checked in with me regularly and worked with me so that I could still enjoy the beautiful rental for a night before the impending storm. « The hot tub was perfect temperature. The property was as advertised and shown in the pictures. Directions were great, check-in was a breeze. The weather was great so we weren’t in doors much. Home was clean and had everything we needed. The host has added a “Zero water” filter so there’s no sulfur taste that another reviewer mentioned. The wi-fi worked well during our stay. »
