This expansive 2,500 sq. ft. waterfront residence features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2.5 baths, designed to comfortably host families and groups seeking an elevated beachside escape with the serenity of private water views 🌅.



Step inside and experience an open, light-filled layout curated for togetherness and relaxation. The main level features a spacious gourmet kitchen 🍽️ equipped with a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and K-cup coffee maker ☕—ideal for everything from slow morning coffees to large family meals. The adjoining living room offers a welcoming gathering space with a 60" TV 📺 and oversized sectional seating, perfect for movie nights after a day on the water. A convenient half bath and full laundry room add to the ease of extended stays.

Parking is effortless 🚗, with space for 4 vehicles in the driveway plus 1 additional spot nearby. The extended driveway also accommodates boat or jet ski trailers 🚤, with additional off-site trailer parking available upon request for a small fee.
