« This rental worked perfectly for section hiking the AT while my husband worked. It was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and great bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. It’s on a busy street but we travel with our white noise machine so that was not a problem. Loved the decor »

« Beautiful clean house! Close to Sunday River which was the reason for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Two kitchen spaces were great for the group! Would stay again »

« The home was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I liked that that the master bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower and also two more full bathrooms in the home. New technology for individual heating in bedrooms and living room. A warm gas fireplace was appreciated. Plenty of towels available and they smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was well-appointed. All in all a great stay. TY. »

« This property was perfect for our family’s ski vacation to Sunday River. The location was convenient to the slopes, shopping and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!The home was exactly what we needed: smart TVs, comfortable living room furniture, and a fireplace. »

« Lots of fun things to do at the house including swimming, using the hot tub, watching movies, making s’mores at the fire pit, playing games at the poker table, and relaxing in the outdoor “igloo” to see the stars. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Very close to Sunday River during ski season, but still lots of fun to have at the house during the off season. It comfortably fit our group of 16 adults »

« Our family enjoyed a 4 day stay at this place for a ski vacation. It's a house with no luxuries, just the basic that you need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, which is what I care most about. It has a garage, which is convenient. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Nice place to stay overall. »

« The Element Chalet is as beautiful as it presents on VRBO. Immaculately clean, beautiful color patterns in all the rooms, and an amazing deck. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this property. »
