« If you're looking for a cabin just outside of town but close to the ski resorts, this is a perfect spot. It's kind of dark and stinky, but it's a cabin in the woods. Very little cell service, but awesome high speed internet. New appliances in the kitchen, and they get brownie points for a clean coffee machine. The plow guy showed up promptly in the morning after a big snowstorm. If you're looking for a luxury ski condo, this is not it. If you're looking for a reasonably priced cabin near town...

« My family of 8 stayed at this beautiful property Memorial Day weekend 2024. The house is right on the water and has it's own private beach, water was cold but that didn't stop us from throwing some tubes into the river and going for a short float! The house had every accommodation that you could imagine - whatever we forgot, it was there waiting for us. « My husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a weekend in March. We immediately felt welcomed and at home. Great gathering spaces and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view. »

« This is the second year we have stayed at this home for our winter holiday. We have enjoyed our visits and found the home to have everything we need. We were pleased to find the fireplace in working order, even though we received a note that it was not working. That and the large kitchen are the natural gathering spots for our family. « We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend. »

« I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha »
