« Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC...

« We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much! »

« We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together. »

« You could tell from setting foot on the property how clean our host kept the place. Communication with the host was great, and he was very friendly and responsive.
