„This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable ...

„The house was superficially cleaned needed a heavy clean. No parking due to a uhaul in our indicated space. I shouldn’t have to try to find street parking when I’m paying to stay there. Hot water lasted 2 seconds if more than one shower was on at the same time. Towels were so old and scratched. “

„Dirty, filthy, moldy, trash, barrels, no paper towels no toilet paper no plunger. Filthy windows. Description in the ad was totally different than the experience. The area was not anything to speak about. It definitely was not cleaned prior to my arrival and as far as a turnaround to get it taken care of that didn’t happen for a couple of days of which I did it Disposal was broken. Air conditioner was broken. The AC they got fixed in one day. A total disgrace.“
