„The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place“

„This apartment was beautiful! The decor was elegant and edgy. We really appreciated the 24 hour doorman and the garage parking. It was close to all things downtown, and only about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and Long Beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and rent it again!!!“

„The house wasnt what i really expected at all their waa messed up things in the house it smelled really bad, also the garage which has 2 parking spots smells like straight piss and that was irritating to smell every time i went in their , this was terrible “

„Excellent location if you want to be close to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Manhattan Beach. The unit was clean and well appointed. Garage stall tight but valuable. AC unit in living room but bedrooms didn’t have great ventilation. Fortunately, ocean breezes and open windows kept things comfy. Communication with the host regarding bath towels and check in could have been improved. Some street noise/party noise at night, but overall a good value for my family.“

„The location was great. On-site parking was a huge plus. It’s listed as 2 bedroom and den but is essentially a three bedroom house. Lots of space. There was a pack-n-play in the upstairs closet which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly neighbors/felt very safe. A couple of small cleanliness issues and the front door lock needs to be repaired, but owner was aware/planning to fix. I’d definitely stay here again. “
