„It’s our second stay and it was perfect again. It had everything we needed and the beach access is perfect. The walking proximity to shopping, restaurants, pier, etc is amazing. “

„We enjoyed our week in this appartment close to Venice Beach. It was very spacious, well equipped (Kitchen, TV, etc.) and our host was absolutely supportive during our check-in process! If you want to be a bit away of the rush in Venice but still close (in walking distance) to the beach (20-30 min) this is a great place.“

The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!“
