« The stuff in the front desk was great! At least those who I met.
The only problem was the very bad gas smell and the room they provided was right in front of the construction. There was a terrible gas smell that we could not keep the balcony open to have a fresh air.

« We were disappointed with our stay due to multiple problems. Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They canât do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly...

« The rooms were clean and so quaint, very roomy, nice hot showers, and the fireplace/heater worked great!
The staff were each do delightful & friendly. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious!! Definitely worth the stay.

« Majority of staff very friendly. It is pricey, borderline ridiculous especially the cafe and buffet. Was told that they have no local competition so can charge as much as patrons willing to pay. »
