« Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. »

« Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there. »

« It was such a pleasure to stay here. Would have been nice to check out the big pool but the outdoor hot tub was nice during the cold mornings. Lots to do for kids. Was a beautiful place. Would definitely recommend and come back if out this way again. »

« The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was terrible. No water pressure. Huge shower with very small shower head that barely got you wet. Worst shower in a hotel for my experiences. Staff was friendly but the hotel was hosting a multiple High School event so it was packed with kids and there was NOT enough staff to support helping those Not part of the school event. We waited 2 hrs for additional towels and one blanket. If you called the customer service...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
