« This a very nice and clean first floor property. A few areas for improvement:1. We had to contact the host for check-in and for instructions on how to enter the apartment after the check-in time. This was promptly done.2. The kitchen is nice but challenging to cook a meal for two: limited pots & pans, frying pans, and serving bowls. Utensils ok. One coffee mug. No toaster. We had to use the oven to toast. This situation could be easily remedied by a trip to Good Will.3. Lamps. All lamps...

« Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Instructions he provided for check in and check out went smooth. Communication was great. Responded quickly to messages sent. There’s a very nice shopping center nearby, Along with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Only issue we encountered was a dog in a neighboring unit that woke us up 2 days in a row barking nonstop. We cannot fault the host at all for this. But we can thank and appreciate the timely response when it was...

« The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual) »

« My wife and I were thrilled with this property! It’s directly across the street from a beach access and yet the street itself is incredibly quiet. Check-in with a breeze and so was checkout. The space was clean and exactly as it looked in the listing. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic beach vacation. »

« We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know. »
