« We stayed for 2 week nights. It is one of the few properties in the area that allowed our dog. Overall, the stay was great. It was some of the best hotel service we have ever received. And I think their customer service was honestly the best part of the trip. They were very helpful and answered our questions with great knowledge. The food was good. Nothing to complain about. « Nice, clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Only issue we had was the person in the room next to us woke up up super early because they started screaming at each other. Staff should have been able to hear it because we heard staff in the lobby off and on but the screaming went on for a little while. Also a heads up, this location only has valet parking. You'll have to find some off street parking if you don't want to utilize the valet. »

« I have stayed here before a concert at Concord Pavilion and it was fine. A lot of people stay for concert. This time there was no guide on the remote control. Anyways, I asked for help and they sent up maintenance guy who could do nothing? Basically, he said someone came in to program all the TVs and didn’t give them that function. I was just supposed scroll the channels manually without a guide. This might seem like nothing but it was certainly a feature I’ve enjoyed before so being without it...
