« Horrible experience got there at 11am crashed they had put us in a room with drywall repair need on the ceiling in two spots and had some mildew and water stains still from when it’s leaked. And in the morning I tried using the restroom and the toilet seat is stained and peeling off and brown. I couldn’t sit on it for anything went downstairs and had no manager or maintenance staff to talk to. Desk person said manager will reach out to me sometime today. « We stayed over overnight in order to attend a friend’s wedding the next day. We were very happy with our room, the lobby, sitting area and appearance and cleanliness of the continental breakfast. Very nice place to say for the price. »

« The room had good space and was clean and staff were friendly. We were there for four days and housekeeping never came in. Online it says they will come every other day but it turns out you have to request it. It would get a better grade if they at least checked the trash and towels. We did enjoy our stay. »

« I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by the room cleaning service. I called daily to request housekeeping, but each time I returned to an unserviced or partially serviced room, disrupting our stay with a newborn. When I raised the issue with management, I had to wait during a “business meeting.” The manager walked by to watch TV in the lobby instead of addressing the problem promptly. He did compensate me for the inconvenience and promised the room would be serviced first thing...

« For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing. »

« Nous avons été "balancé" dans l'hôtel d'en face soit disant pour un problème de chambre alors qu'ils ont fait un surbooking, sans aucune indemnité et ils osent répondre à Expedia que nous ne nous sommes pas présenté !!! heureusement j'ai le voucher de leur part pour aller dans l'hôtel d'en face qui n'ai pas du tout au même standing (mais tout de même avec un personnel plus agréable) ! Etablissement à fuir et qui se fou totalement de ses clients et osent répondre n'importe quoi !!!!! »
