„Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise.“

„The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend“

"Blackpool ist wie Detroit am Meer. Traurig anzuschauen, aber interessant. Das Hotel hier passt genau ins Bild. Man hätte es schon vor langer Zeit kernsanieren müssen.Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit sowohl im Zimmer als auch beim Frühstücksgeschirr. "

"The lobby, dining room and architecture are special and absolutely befitting of a 4 star hotel. The room was ok. We found the beds very comfortable but the furniture was a bit old and rickety. The TV wasn’t too impressive. In this day and age I would expect to be able to connect my phone to the TV. Even my 10 year old Smart TV can manage that. The bathroom wasn’t in the bed condition and in need of renovation. Breakfast was a good experience. We were very satisfied with the range of cooked and healthy options. The service at breakfast was exemplary. I really loved the history of the hotel and the information posters were very interesting. "
